You will be taken through an intense yet rewarding workout on the Reformer, Cadillac and Wunda Chair.

We have taken the principles of Pilates and brought them to the bike. While you listen to upbeat music, you will get your heart rate up and burn calories, thus creating an energy that can carry you through the rest of your day!
